im a ninjitsu martial artist myself, and this guy is teaching it all wrong, traingulation isnt even the right name.
this technique can work…but you need to ignore how this guy does it he is way to close to that guy for it to work.

Yeah, this would NOT work. The speed of his fist beats the spead of your footwork. You want good counters to punching? Look at some boxing videos, they sort of do the same thing in that they slip to the side of the punch.
