Very bad. Thankfully we have good teachers here in Brazil and around the world teaching capoeira with technique. In this exemple, the left arm should protect the face until you fall back on the right. Then, you need to join the legs and bring them close to your belly to make some floreio or display offensiveness in case of who is playing with you want to jump up.

    Quanta sarobagem. …
Quanta sarobagem.

you dont have to do …
you dont have to do a cartwheel in order to do that move. Queda de Rins is what is shown by itself in the video, when you add the cartwheel it is a different move which has many names, Santa Amaro, Au Encaixada, Au de Queda de Rins, Au Chibata, and among others. Au Encaixada is more complex than just a plain queda de rin, I can cartwheel into a queda de rin, jump into queda de rin, handstand to queda de rin, and push into handstand from queda de rin, all these sequences start from that basicmove
